Drinking Man lifts his Beer Stein and leaps!
From Rolly Toys, West Germany ca. 1960s
This bespectacled gentleman stands about 7 inches tall and is holding a beer stein.
When you press the lever sticking out of his back (circled in last photo), the arm holding the beer stein moves up and down.
When you push down on his head, a big inner spring makes him jump -- but he doesn't spill a drop!
His stein says "Grub vom platzl". His nose needs a couple of paint touches. Besides that, he is in very good condition for his age. His felt jacket is dingy but the rest of him is very clean and shiny, and he has no odor. His colors are much more vivid than is seen in these photos.
