This is an original 1977 Pente game produced by Pente Games Co., featuring a roll-up cloth board and glass playing stones, stored in the original printed cardboard tube and is marked © 1977 Pente Games Co. (Gabrel 1977) from Stillwater, Oklahoma, an early, pre-Parker Brothers Pente set.
Tube label notes the original set included approximately 80 glass stones. This one includes 200 total glass playing stones in multiple colors, stored in five PENTE drawstring bags. Extra stones were commonly added by owners for replacements or expanded play. Original instructions are included.
Includes: roll-up cloth board, original storage tube (approx. 20" long, 2.5" diameter), instruction booklet, 200 glass stones, and 5 PENTE drawstring bags.
