1-The "Gold Imari" branding was used by Japanese kilns (often in the Arita region). The "Hand Painted" label indicates that while the base pattern might have been stenciled or printed, the final colors and gold leaf were applied by hand
2-The plate is decorated in the Imari style (specifically Kinrande), characterized by its palette of underglaze blue, iron-red, and gold. It features common motifs like the Chrysanthemum (Kiku)—the symbol of the Japanese Imperial family—and the Peony (Botan), representing wealth and honor.
The Maker's Mark: The red square seal (kanji) at the back reads 玉龍謹製 (Gyokuryū Kinsei).
Gyokuryū (玉龍) is the name of the kiln or producer (literally "Jade Dragon").
Kinsei (謹製) means "Respectfully Made" or "Carefully Produced."
