A playful 1997 Dr. Seuss One Fish Two Fish liquid-bubble watch, created during the late-1990s surge of licensed Seuss collectibles. Produced with a Japan quartz movement and a rainbow gradient 16 mm band, this officially licensed piece was part of the “Tick Tocking Time Tickers” line—lighthearted watches inspired by classic Seuss illustrations. The domed face contains a floating liquid bubble element, a novelty style popular in the 1990s. Total length is 9.25" and it fits wrists from 6.25–8.5". The case measures 1.5 × 1.3 × 0.7" and weighs 21.9g. A brand-new battery has been installed, and the watch functions appropriately.
