Aldo Londi MCM RAYMOR MID CENTURY Italian art pottery vase w label in flawless all original condition with a very faded original paper label on the bottom where you can read the words in Italy so it said made in Italy and it looks like there's a number there also. Additionally the bottom is stamped or incised with the word Italy like it was pressed into the clay and it's hard to see cuz it's filled in with the brown glaze.
No dirt no hairlines no flea bites no chips no repairs no nothing and it rings like a bell when you tap it so it has no hairlines either !!
It's sort of a gravely Gray on top .... Medium brown in the middle and the bottom is a blackish glaze ... the design is off the charts cool ! I believe these were made in different sizes and there was a bowl and some other things made probably also in this style and in these colors so this particular vase is only 7 in High and 4 in in diameter.
