Think of the Felicity Dress as a slightly easier take on our Classic Shirtwaist Dress, with a clean jewel neck collar and a full-covered front placket. We added a center front hook-and-eye detail for a seamless fit sans belt. This one is made up in crisp (but not-too-holiday-feeling) tartan poplin and finished with smoke mother-of-pearl buttons.
The belt is not included.
