Griswold No. 8 Self Basting High Skillet Cover/ Lid 1048, skillet has been stripped down to bare metal using electrolysis reseasoned at least three times ready to use or display. Lettering is crisp, big block logo, patent dates on inside. Measures 10.50" from inside pour spouts. One spot on inside lip at 5 o'clock, Please see pictures. Patented Sept 22 1925, Pat'd Feb 10 1920. This lid is a 100 years old, in extremely excellent shape.
