This is a Antique Silver Plated Spoon with the State of NJ Seal and Motto on it.**
This appears to be from the early 20th century, Patent date is Feb. 23, 1915. So they were probably for sale from 1915 to around the early 1920s.
This is for one Tea Spoon and not sure if these were official spoons or a souvenir sold around the state. Either way, these are high quality and were made by Wm. Rogers & Son AA. These look unused, they will have some minor tarnish, that I will leave and up to you to clean or keep the same.
These are about 6" inches long.
I would think these are best for Display, as they are now collectors Items.
