This is a Boeing 707 Stratoliner Illustrated Parts Catalog Post Binder from the 1960s. It does not come with the catalog pages, it is the binder only. It is a black leather expandable post binder. It fits standard 8.5" x 11" paper and is 4.5 inches but slide expandable to 9.
This binder has considerable wear of the leather but it has been treated with conditioner and cleaned. The metal binder pieces have some rust but it works as intended but it should be handled with care.
