One more great piece from my own collection - only one I have - I found this one late 80's in a basement warehouse in Providence. I personally always felt that it is an unsigned Weiss but there is no stamping anywhere to be found. All the stones are prong set. The larger blue colored stones all have high crowns like old european cut. The smaller ones are old paste I believe. There are no missing stones but the clarity isn't mint. I tried to show the tiny candles near the base of the pin. The base is a clear givre stone with a milky center. All in all it's a very nice piece - hard to find these great ones anymore. Only one I have.
