Description
This is a new with tags Cynthia Rowley women's maxi dress in size L. The dress is off-white with a multi-color seashell print. It features spaghetti straps and a tiered skirt. The bodice has smocking for a fitted look.

MINT: Virtually no wear, mostly refers to clothing that has never been worn/NWT.
