This is a Lee 101-J Japanese reproduction denim jacket.
The tag is missing, but based on the cat-eye buttons on the adjusters, the absence of the MR notation on the "pista" tag, the red tag, and the number on the quality tag, it is likely the 0411 101J Japanese reproduction model.
