Product Description:

This piece is a Deluxe Wear masterpiece, embodying the concept of "heavy flannel," which didn't exist in vintage clothing at the time.

The original fabric, planned and manufactured in Mitsuke City, Niigata Prefecture, features a sturdy 3/1 twill flannel weave on the front and a rayon weave with a smooth feel on the back, combining different weaves and thread counts in a double-layered construction.

The manufacturing factory initially rejected it, saying it "deviated from the theory," but it was realized in a limited environment with limited equipment, resulting in a completely original heavy flannel fabric.

This product is a limited edition model produced by three companies: Samurai Jeans, Cushman, and Deluxe Wear, with the theme of "orange-colored flannel shirts."

The front features a striking orange color, and the lining uses a contrasting navy.

The details are meticulously crafted, including coconut nut buttons and leather patches on the chest pockets, making this a thick, heavy flannel shirt.
