The building is in very good pre-owned condition. The damage noted was a chip at the rear base, right side. See photos 6 and 7. There are also marks on the underside of the building.
Lights were tested and work as they should in building and on car. The car also rotates as it should. Adapter is included.
Sleeve has wear and tear including a tear at the top front right corner and creasing/crumpling at corners and edges.
