No returns. This GPU is no bueno. I bought it off someone on Mercari thinking i might be able to see if it works for me and it did not. Other seller didn't mention it had artifacting. But it does. VRAM chips probably not good. Who knows, but it's beyond help. However, I'm sure its parts can be used by someone who needs them or someone may be able to fix it with the right tools. It works for a bit when starting up, was able to play Fortnite at high settings for a few hours before it froze and artifacts arrived. Same thing next day. Tried it again a week later and it worked for an hour before going kaput. Only buy if you need the parts as again it's not a working GPU and is being sold as is. Make an offer!!
