This is a Furby Baby released when Furby 2 was launched. I think it's rare because it wasn't released in Japan.
As it's a Baby, the actions are simple: eating, sleeping, and calling for Mama.
It basically goes to sleep immediately. It lowers its face (body) when sleeping.
