Description:

Vintage shop purchase cardigan.

Woven with a loose, open gauge.

Based on the tag's appearance, it's likely from the 1940s-50s.

Features cat-eye buttons on the front.

There are two pockets on the abdomen, though they may be difficult to see.

Rather than attaching the pockets after finishing the cardigan, they were incorporated during the knitting process, a very elaborate construction.

There is a tag inside the pockets, likely with the original owner's name.

The color is black? Dark navy? A deep color.

Condition:

There is a repaired area on the right sleeve.
There is some fraying around the right chest area.

Otherwise, there is no significant damage, and it's in very good condition for a vintage wool product.
