I purchased this from a recycle shop some time ago.
I'm not sure if the rolled-up cuffs are part of the original design, but they are sewn in place and cannot be unrolled. I thought they were cute when I bought them, but my tastes have changed, so I'm selling them.

The design on the inside of the waistband is also cute, and the leather tag is made of deerskin.
