Made in Japan, this is from ISSEY MIYAKE's brand HaaT HeaRT, 19SS collection.
It's a cut-and-sew top made of a slightly thick polyester-cotton material.
It has a crew neck and sleeves that are about 5-6 minutes in length (meaning roughly elbow-length). The entire piece features embroidery and patches, and the sleeve cuffs and hem are trimmed with gray fabric.
