Amazing condition in fully functional the plastic tabs on the back have not been broken there in perfect condition the ones that hold the metal bars of the stand and there are no dents or deep scratches there is a little surface rust and there are a couple drops of paint on the surface also like by boo boo Bear's ear but you can zoom in on all that and look at it. I think a little naval jelly will take off some of the surface rust that's visible and really improve the appearance but overall it looks great !
I've seen these as lap trays like breakfast trays or breakfast in bed trays but I haven't seen very many of these as TV trays with the stand !
