The Philippines, purchased personally in the Philippines in 1995. I have seen similar sets sold in high end department stores in NYC and Paris for $800+
Good condition. Some pieces have chips- noted below. Other pieces have no chips. Most items near new ones condition! See photos. Flaws are very superficial and overall are not noticeable and do not take away from the beautify of the set.
