I purchased this beautiful quilt squares at an estate sale this spring. They were made by one or both of a pair of crafty sisters who lived and crafted together for many years in the farmhouse they grew up in. The quilt pieces are hand sewn from cotton scraps that they gathered over the years of quilting and sewing. Each is 10" across and there are 9 squares. They were never sewn together, but put away with a lot of other unused things like embroidery and tatting. From a non smoking home and is clean and beautiful.
