About three years ago, I was able to boot up the console and all the software.
Currently, I haven't been able to confirm anything other than the console powering on, as I don't have a video cable.
Due to its age, this is a junk item.

Included with the console:
Two controllers and the power adapter only.
The power adapter works, but please note that it has been reinforced with electrical tape.
