This doll is from 1997 and is a limited edition, 50th Anniversary collector's series, Target Exclusive doll. Only 15,168 were made!
And, I would bet that maybe half of those no longer exist. I supposed you could say this is a rare find.
The box does have some wear from being in storage, but the contents are perfect! The box has never been opened.
