The number of these is decreasing even in the US, and the market price has skyrocketed.
Most denim like this has a very large waist, but these have a smaller waist, so they can be worn without a belt by a typical man. The silhouette won't be ruined because there's no need to cinch them. I collected these for a while myself, but you really don't see these kinds of pieces anymore. I imagine many people are looking for them.
