Cotton linen blend. Mother of pearl buttons. Lined skirt with lace trim.
Hem is undone (needs to be re-sewn). Minor wash wear. No stains, no holes.
Runs a little small in the waist in my opinion, but hard to measure because there is an elastic band in the back. There is only one button position for the straps, and I found them a little long.
