Beautiful coat with inner elastic bands to secure fit and ensure the wind stays out! The collar is super high and the only flaw on this coat is that one of the snaps for closure is missing at the very top.  It's hard to notice and can't be seen. It's also not one you'd use unless you want to snap the collar up all the way to the top of your head.  I still wanted to point it out (last photo).
