This is a LEVI'S 941B from around the early 1960s.
In the 60s, the White Levi's series was introduced, changing the mainstream blue denim to white material.
The 941B is a type of this White Levi's, a Bedford cord version of the 3rd, called 557XX.
Bedford cord, also known as pique, is a woven fabric originating in England with raised ridges.
It is a thick and sturdy fabric, a double weave that creates ridges through the connection points of the warp and weft threads, with the ridged part being a plain weave.
Corduroy is famous for its ridged material, but pique is not brushed and creates ridges through its weave.
It is a material with a firm and resilient feel, and is durable.
This British-derived Bedford cord is the most suitable material for the image of White Levi's, which was developed with the Eastern American market in mind.
The 941B introduced this time has a paper patch commonly called "with guarantee" with the inscription "Every Garment Guaranteed," and the notation has been changed from 941BXX to 941B, so I think it was a model produced around 1962-65.
