In recent years, the number of genuine MA-1 jackets available in vintage shops has been decreasing, and these jackets have a distinct aura. Also, since the inner lining is not wool, you can wash this one in a home washing machine if you take care with the zipper, making it easy to maintain.
Made by Alpha Industries, there is some damage to the ribbing, which is typical for MA-1 jackets of this era, but it's in quite good condition compared to others from this period.
