New without tag but has some flaws. Has some missing rhinestones throughout. The backing can be seen in those areas but not noticeable unless looking close up. Hem has a little pilling.
Due to the nature of rhinestones mixed with lace, this can cause areas of the dress to sort of stick together/get caught. Can gently smooth out again.
Great to wear to a formal occasion, prom, wedding guest, bridesmaid, mother of the bride.
