This is a 501-0003, a reproduction of the LEVI'S 501XX 55 model.
It features a paper patch with a guarantee and a red tab BIG E.
The top button back is stamped with 555, and it was made at the Valencia factory in the USA.
This is a reproduction from Levi's only in-house factory, making it a very valuable model nowadays.
It is a used item with a worn feel, including fraying and repairs at the hem.

There is some color remaining, and the whiskers and honeycombs have come out nicely.
The following measurements are taken with the fabric laid flat:
Waist: Approximately 40.1cm
Inseam: Approximately 78.5cm
Rise: Approximately 29.7cm
Thigh width: Approximately 29.8cm
Hem width: Approximately 20.8cm
Based on the actual measurements, it's close to a W31 to W32.
