This is one of the collections of Hot Wheels cars that was brought out during the 50th Anniversary in 2017. It is called the “Stars and Stripes” Collection. The set includes all 10 cars, in perfect condition. They are still in the original packaging. Each individual packaging included one letter, so if all are collected, the first 9 spell out H-O-T-W-H-E-E-L-S, along with the final car that has the 50th logo on the packaging. You can see the set is complete in the photos.
