This awesome fashion hat is made of black netting with wire shaping bands, and an all-over black lace overlay. It has a band of bright pink netting that is simply safety-pinned on. The hat has a Union Made label but no manufacturer's name. It fits a small to medium-sized head. Inner circumference is 21.75 inches; band is 3.5 inches wide. A truly gorgeous hat in excellent condition!
