Vintage 70’s hand loomed wall hanging depicting a soldier with sword in warm oranges and gold on chocolate brown. This was one of a design series that depicting traditional folk art themes of villagers with a modern geometric style. 100% wool. Loops for rod hanging. Chunky sumac type kilim woven by T. Szcześniak for Cepelia Arts Poland. About 25” long with additional 16” fringe, 13” wide. Good vintage condition with identifying info and original tag from smoke free storage.
