This dress is from a return pallet and I inspect them for major flaws to note them here. There may be minor flaws that I have missed such as loose strings or beads. Upon initial inspection, there are missing beads and loose strings in the straps. There is also a loose flower near the waist and the cups are yellowing (easily replaced with new ones).
