This is a Nintendo Ogura Hyakunin Isshu (One Hundred Poems by One Hundred Poets) made in commemoration of the construction of the Uji factory in 1983.
It comes in a luxurious lacquered box, and the cards are also beautifully decorated.
Although it is unused, there are some peeling of the film and minor scratches on the box due to the long storage period.

The illustrations of the Hyakunin Isshu show the strong poetic sensibility of the Gin'ei era, and their influence spread widely from the Edo period to the Meiji period.

This item is a special creation with a high-class finish, using the variant kana of the time for both the reading cards and the grabbing cards, and is based on these magnificent relics.
