Vontage 1950s PALISSY POTTERY-
This is a beautiful, vintage milk pitcher made by Palissy Pottery of England in the pink “Thames River Scenes” pattern. This piece is decorated with the Park Place, Henley scene. Palissy Pottery Pink Transferware Milk Pitcher Thames River Scenes England ~ Park Place.
The pitcher stands approximately 7 inches tall, 7.5 inches wide from handle to spout and is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. The sides have a melon feel to them It is marked “Park Place, Henley,Thames River Scenes by Palissy Pottery England.”
The lovely shape of jug comes with gently moulded body and standing on a small wavy rim foot. Upper rim and footed wavy bottom are trimmed in flowers. Backstamp: Park Place, Henley Thames River Scenes by Palissy Pottery England.
