The Ice Scream Stake Clown was made by Tekky Design and sold by Party/Halloween City in 2022. He resembled a half-bodied clown wearing white and gray striped clown clothes with red hair and a pink skull ice cream cone in his hand on a red and white swirled stake. When activated, his eyes glow green and the ice cream skull's eyes glow red as he slurps and says one of several different phrases.
