Brand- Lid'l Dolly's from Great Smoky Mountains Pigeon Forge Shop. Raggedy Ann & Andy Dress. Pageant stvle. Size 8-12 lbs. This is a child's dress, but it was never worn, only displayed on a doll For many years, I have handwashed this due to dust. Has detergent scent. It measures around 7-8 inches at the waist and 11-12 inches in length. I have looked this over til my eves hurt to find flaws and only found 1 small tear in the lace see last picture. It was hard to find as it can hide in the folds of the dress. The little red bow may also need to be straightened. It is held by a safety pin. Just as it was purchased. I have not modified. It has 3 buttons in the back and a big bow to tie. Adorable little dress. Rare to find. It is anywhere from 15+ years old. I'm not sure of the exact date.
