This is a pair of 60s BIG John selvedge denim pants.
I am selling these to organize my collection.
These are BIG John denim pants from the early days of domestic denim, when they were copying Levi's red tabs, etc. The jeans feature an automatic Talon zipper, single-stitch pocket lining, and other details found in vintage Levi's. The selvedge edges are also well-defined, and the fading is ideal. These are recommended for vintage enthusiasts and those interested in vintage denim.
I'm just guessing, but I think the area around the zipper has shrunk because the zipper was attached to fabric that was originally prone to shrinking.
