At the jeans shop, please wash and dry them three times each, then have them altered. After that, the waist will be 91cm.
I also wear two similar pairs. After washing and drying them three times each, they shrank.
The red selvedge on the back side is narrower than the ones I wear, and in excellent condition.
Levi's is an American company, but these jeans are made in China.
