Great vintage piece dating to around the 1930's made by Brunhoff MFG Co, adevertising Red Dot Cigars. I believe it was meant to be a change/ tip tray. It is not perfect, the paint is pealing and there is a small thumb size chip on the backside rim and a small flake on the underside of the base rim. Sold as seen.
