This New Orleans Saints hat is made by New Era and is licensed by the NFL National Football League.
All original stickers on under side of brim but original price tag is missing - there are some stray threads at one location and they can be seen in photos - this is a manufacture defect, it is not because hat is unthreading - these can be trimmed by the new owner
