The raised plastic grid keeps each tile in place, sand timer, cardboard insert to center the base in the box, 100 tiles, tile bag, four player racks, score cards, and instructions. The board spins smoothly. If you don’t want it to spin as much you can attach the extra rubber feet to the board underside. Like many of the listings I have seen, the box has scratches and has been taped together in some places. Very well loved and enjoyable game.
