■DETAILS■
Inspired by the specifications seen in 50's models such as the WWII model. To reduce the visual appearance of the crotch, a single stitch is used on one side. This is also a specification taken from vintage jeans. The hip pocket reinforcement is a hidden bar tack. This detail is usually applied when using hidden rivets, but it was adopted as one of the detail designs to create a vintage-like appearance when worn and to avoid overemphasizing the pockets. The width of the front extension is set wider like slacks. It provides a secure and comfortable fit. The accessories such as rivets are unified in gold color, and the stitch color is matched to it.
■FABRIC■
BEAUTY&YOUTH has specially ordered fabric from Kaihara, one of Japan's leading denim manufacturers. The denim fabric has a rich texture with a unique unevenness, retaining the fullness and hand feel unique to shuttle looms. The indigo color resonates with the dull color of brown cotton, creating a unique color. Brown cotton is used for the warp, and it is dyed with 100% indigo to express the original reddish indigo color of denim. Because it is dyed with brown cotton, the color deepens when it fades with wear, resulting in a natural and deep color and texture.
■SILHOUETTE■
A tapered silhouette with a moderate looseness and a rounded drop. Inspired by skate brand jeans seen in the 90's. The pocket openings and the position of the hip pockets are set lower than usual for the silhouette, enhancing that atmosphere.
