■Product Details■
The Nigel Cabourn British Officers Shirt, a classic, uses weft threads that are original from the spinning process, starting with the choice and blend of cotton short fibers that make up the yarn. We were not satisfied with starting from specially ordered fabric. This shirt takes about 6 months from production start to product completion. That is, 2 months for yarn making, 2 months for fabric, and 2 months for the product. If we were to purchase ready-made fabric from a fabric store and make the product, it would take about 2 weeks at the fastest.
Even so, we have not changed this manufacturing method since we started making this classic shirt.
We pour our heart and soul into a single, seemingly ordinary Oxford shirt.
