This is a 501XX from Levi's, made at the Valencia factory in San Francisco, USA (button back 555), which is considered to be of the highest quality in Levi's history.
Based on the inner tag, it can be identified as a piece manufactured in March 1999.
This is a reproduction model that faithfully reproduces the details of the vintage 501XX, and is a very rare piece that was the predecessor to the current LVC (Levi's Vintage Clothing).

■ Condition
There is realistic damage on the knee area, but the vertical fading is superb, and the overall atmosphere is outstanding.
