New with tags but it did come with a flaw, one of the back straps is not connected. Would need to be re-sewn on. Please see photos 6-7. In brand new condition otherwise. The straps consist of 3 spaghetti straps together that make up one single strap. Stock pics show a blue version of the same dress, for fit and detail reference only. Retails for $458 new and this color no longer sold.
