Made by NORTH AMERICAN RESCUE.
It has an NSN (National Stock Number), so it's an item equivalent to government-issued goods managed by the government.
We consider items with NSNs to be genuine articles.
Officially designated as a Combat Casualty Response Kit Bag, it's a medical bag for storing medical kits, but this is the bag only, without contents.

- Pocket on the lid flap
- Numerous elastic band webbing in two internal compartments
- Scissor pocket on the front
- Multiple MOLLE belts on the back, allowing attachment to other bags or MOLLE vests, in addition to being a waist bag.
- ACU fabric is CORDURA nylon.

External dimensions: Approximately 32x17x16 cm.
It has a semi-cylindrical shape, typical of waist bags.
The belt has a maximum length of approximately 75cm, so it can be worn diagonally across the body like a body bag, not just around the waist.
Some select shops sold the bag only for over 40,000 yen, but they seem to be sold out, and there are no new, unused items available in Japan anymore.
