Stunning maxi dress high waist handmade in 1960s Mad Men / empire waist style. Love the green velvet bow! I estimate a size 4. 27 inch waist, 57 inches long, 32 inch bust. Very good condition but I wonder if there is some yellowing on the lace. Not too noticeable.
